@BrixhamWhite @British_Airways My father in law flew to Tenerife yesterday from Gatwick with BA. They delayed the flight and he was in Gatwick 14 hours, what did they offer him, £10 voucher, that’s it. No lounge access, nothing. All 4 easyJet flights to Tenerife left on time, so just BA being a shambles.
